Request a refund from the Membership page and understand the current refund eligibility and review flow.

Card: Request a refund or view history

Who: Owner accounts

Open the refund flow

  1. Open Membership & Billing.
  2. Scroll to the lower refund section.
  3. Use Request a refund or view history in that section.
  4. Select the charge you want reviewed.

What you enter

  • A short reason.
  • Optional reference details.
  • The billing charge to review.

What can happen next

Some requests can complete automatically. Others stay queued for review on the same page.

Important: Read the page carefully before you submit. Refund effects can include subscription cancellation and deployment shutdown.

Before you submit

  • Check that you picked the correct charge.
  • Read the card text about what the refund changes.
  • Make sure your team knows if a live deployment may be affected.

If the charge is disputed

Contact the team first if you are unsure about the charge. A bank dispute can be slower and may affect account access while it is reviewed.

How do I request a refund in SurtitleLive?+

Open the Membership page, scroll to the Refund Request card, choose the charge you want reviewed, add your reason, and submit the request if you are the tenant owner.

Will my refund be processed automatically?+

Eligible first-purchase or accidental-renewal requests may be processed automatically, while other requests go through manual review.
