0.1 Creating Your Account

Register, verify your email, and understand the required profile details.

⚡ Quick Guide

Where: /auth/register or the public Sign Up button

First: Open the public beta notice and tick the acknowledgement checkbox

Main fields: Email, Password, Confirm Password, Full Name, Country, City, Organization Name, Job Title

After submit: Open the verification email and finish on the Verify Email page

Open the registration page

Go to /auth/register. You can also start from the public Sign Up button.

Complete the form

  1. Open the beta notice card and tick the acknowledgement checkbox. The form stays locked until you do this.
  2. Fill in Email address, Password, and Confirm Password.
  3. Fill in Full Name, Country, and City.
  4. Fill in Organization Name and Job Title.
  5. Review the optional selectors such as Language Preference, Use Case, and Organization size.
  6. Tick the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy checkboxes.

Password note: The registration page shows a strength checklist under the password field. Match the on-screen rules before you submit.

Submit and verify

Click Create Account. If human verification is enabled, complete the Turnstile check first.

  1. Open the verification email sent to your registration address.
  2. Follow the link to the action page.
  3. Click Verify Email.
  4. Use Return to Login or continue back into the app.

Why do I need to accept the beta notice before registering?+

SurtitleLive is in its second public beta. You need to acknowledge the testing-stage risk notice before the registration form unlocks. You can also email info@surtitlelive.com to request a free one-month Lite Plan redemption code for testing.

What should I do if the verification email does not arrive?+

Check your spam folder first, then confirm you entered the correct email address. If it still does not arrive, contact support.
