Upgrade paths on the page

  • Free accounts can see upgrade actions such as Upgrade to Lite or Upgrade to Pro.
  • Checkout actions can use Proceed to Checkout.
  • Plan limits and buttons can change with your current tier.

Billing tasks

  • Use Open Billing Portal in the right-side billing actions for card changes, invoices, and subscription changes.
  • Use Request a refund or view history when you need the refund flow.
  • Use Buy Purchased Credits if weekly credits are not enough.

Credit reminders

  • Lite includes weekly credits and 1 live deployment.
  • Purchased credits are separate from weekly credits.
  • For detailed usage history, open Credit Usage.

FAQ

Common questions for this workflow, based on the current SurtitleLive system.

Can I downgrade from Pro back to Lite directly?+

No. The current membership flow does not support a direct Pro-to-Lite downgrade; you can cancel and return to Free.

Do purchased credits expire?+

No. Purchased credits stay on the account and are used after the weekly included credits are exhausted.
