2.7 Exporting Your Script
Export scripts to Excel or PowerPoint and choose the right format for your workflow.
Who can export
- Free: export is not available.
- Lite, Pro, and Pro+: export is available.
- Export is an owner or manager action.
Open the export dialog
- In the top-right toolbar area, click
Download. This button uses a download-arrow icon. - Choose
Excel Workbook (XLSX)orPowerPoint Presentation (PPTX). - Confirm the export in the service-consumption dialog.

- XLSX: exports the workbook with summary data, line data, and all languages.
- PPTX: exports one selected language and lets you choose whether to skip stage directions and show role names.

Keep an XLSX or PPTX snapshot before rehearsal or show day. It is the safest local copy of your current editor state.

Why is export disabled for my account?+
Script export is available on paid tiers with export enabled, including Lite, Pro, and Pro+. It is not available on Free.
Which export format should I choose?+
Use Excel when you need the full workbook and multiple languages, and use PowerPoint when you need a presentation-style output or backup slides.
